I have tried the steps you provided but now xbox game bar is uninstalled and I am unable to reinstall it, I have reported the error through feedback hub but I did not manage to fix it. I have tried to reinstall through powershell but it still gives the same error as I had previously said.

I tried to check from other threads especially in Xbox forums and there's a lot of users reporting the same issue.
